House hunting is exhausting...

My husband and I have finally decided we are going to buy a house rather than rent.  We figure we are going to be living in Maryland for a long time and buying a house is ideal for us.  This process is very long and I really hope that we get this house we're putting an offer in for.  Corey and I found a house that has over 3,000sq ft., but it is a potential short sale, so it might take a long time to process.  It is a beautiful home and has everything we want but the second house we found seems more "home-y" to us.

Corey and I cannot wait until we sign that contract and start the moving process.  My mother already is looking at tickets to come visit and help us decorate and unpack!  I am so lucky!

Sidenote: Baxter will finally have a backyard to run around in!!!

We might be able to call this "home":

Time to get some sleep.  We're going to meet with the realtor again in the morning!

So what happened today?

Corey and I didn't fall asleep until 3:30am this morning.  He woke up around 8am which then woke me up around 8:30am.  Therefore, we didn't get much sleep at all.  Baxter and I didn't get out of bed until 10am because he was lethargic and wasn't feeling well.

Around 10:30, Corey decided to drag me out of bed(not literally) wanting to play WoW.  For those who do not know what W0W stands for: World of Warcraft.  I told him I wouldn't play unless I had an egg sandwich and an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts.  So, what did he do? He made a deal with me.  If I got out of bed to play WoW, we could go to Dunkin first!

When we came home from Dunkin, we played WoW for a few hours.  Our friend, Rebecca, came over to hang out while Corey drove his deployed friends' car around.  What a good guy he is!!! :)  Rebecca and I looked at house to rent because we are thinking of moving in together when her husband comes home from deployment.  We came up with some brilliant ideas and now we are outweighing the pros and cons of living together.

After hanging out with her for a little while, Corey and I went to go see Fast and the Furious 6.  In my opinion, it is by far my favorite movie of this year!!!  I think I might do a review on movies that I have seen and make a thing of it.  Along with doing make-up reviews as well because I want to start doing that!  Oh, and this new theater we went to had reclining leather seats!!!  But every time I sat in a chair, the reclining buttons wouldn't work... So, I tried two other seats until I found a chair that would recline.  Honestly, I felt like Goldilocks trying to find the best fit.  Overall experience of this new theater, seats and Fast and the Furious 6, I definitely recommend seeing this movie.

Once Corey and I got home from the movies, I started to clean the house.  I did some of the laundry, cleaned the kitchen; living room; and dining room.  I did all of this while I had a migraine.  What did my husband do? Sat on the couch while I did all the work.  He then had the audacity to ask me what I was making for dinner after I just did everything.  His excuse? "I made dinner for us two nights ago".  Merp.  But guess who made the dinner...me.  Why? because I am such an awesome housewife and deserve a freaking MEDAL for doing everything and putting up with his shit!
/end rant

But it is 11:06pm and I am utterly exhausted.  I guess I will finish laundry and housework tomorrow...

Sweet dreams!

Exhausted...

Taking care of eight infants is exhausting.  There was one specific baby named Tommy* who must have been scared you were going to leave him.  He would cry if you weren't holding him and cry if you went to change his diaper.  He was a strong willed little boy.  Tommy was one of the cutest babies I took care of today but he was definitely a stage five clinger.  Honestly, I wish I could have been with him the entire day because it broke my heart when I left the room and he started crying and crawling to me.

Today has been a long and tiring day, but tonight my husband and I decided to pig out and order breadbowl pastas from Domino's.  We're watching game 4 of the Bruins Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Here is a picture my husband shared last night on Facebook that made me laugh:

After the game is over, I think I am going to head to bed and get some rest.  I want to get up early tomorrow and clean my house...

Sweet dreams!

First post on my newest blog

Good evening loverfaces!

It's about 9:37pm and I am just about to fall asleep very soon.  This blog is going to be a new start and I will try to post as much as I can.  I know when it comes to blogging I can get sidetracked and forget it even exists.  But some of my followers on my Tumblr blog wonder what is going on in my personal life and how I have been.  I am now going to be using my Tumblr to post pictures and reblog pictures from the people I follow.

Here's a good way to start my summer the right way.  This blog will be of my personal married life, my puppy and a start to a fit new healthy lifestyle!

Have a wonderful night wherever y'all are from and be safe!
